The swimming pool was fantastic, clean, and inviting. However, the hot water was inconsistent during my stay.

Friendly staff, convenient location, the pool was a refreshing place to relax after exploring the nearby attractions and the comfy bed provided a great night's sleep before enjoying the delicious breakfast options.

The stay was really nice, especially with the close proximity to the Botanical Gardens and Victoria Mall, making it easy to explore. I loved the rooftop restaurant where I enjoyed some of the best curries I've ever tasted. The room had a lovely terrace with a view of Lake Victoria that made my evenings truly enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel shuttle service was very efficient for quicker airport access.

Upon arrival, my room was not available despite prior confirmations, forcing me to negotiate for an upgrade after a long journey. Additionally, the constant noise from the swimming lessons in the afternoon was overwhelming, making it impossible to relax by the pool. Lastly, my terrace was infested with spiders, ruining my evening experience.

Had an amazing stay for 2 nights! The staff were super chill and made us feel right at home. Plus, catching a Manchester United game at the bar was a blast and the poolside snack bar had the best quick bites. Just wish the WiFi was a bit faster sometimes.

Cozy room, helpful staff, the cozy room provided a lovely patio where I could unwind after exploring the nearby botanical gardens, and the helpful staff made my mornings brighter with their delicious breakfast options.

Everything was top-notch.

The Single Room was cozy with really comfy beds. The AC worked great, which was a lifesaver. I loved the cute patio area to chill out. However, the hot water situation was hit or miss. it was cold the first night, so I ended up needing to wait for it to warm up. Plus, finding the way to Victoria Mall was a bit sketchy, had to be careful crossing the road.
